Leggings are one of my favorite pieces of clothing that I wear to Salsa dance classes. They are very comfortable and flattering and look lovely when combined with the dance shoes I mentioned above.
When wearing leggings for Salsa dance classes, ensure they are tight around the hips and waist because if they are loose in the waist area, your leggings will start falling off. You will feel uncomfortable and spend most of your time pulling your leggings up instead of enjoying and focusing on the dance.
I would opt for high-waisted leggings to ensure this doesn’t happen. They will stay in the place and also look very flattering 🙂

Accessories
I love accessories, but I try to keep them to the minimum during my Salsa dance classes because many movements are involved, and I don’t want someone accidentally ripping them off and losing them.
Don’t wear earrings that don’t have secure clippings. You will lose them easily and regret it, especially if they are important to you.
Also, don’t wear any spiky jewelry. It looks beautiful but will hurt your partner if you accidentally rub your spiky jewelry against his skin. And I assume you want to continue dancing with him 😉
If you want to wear some jewelry, wear something small, with secure attachments, made of soft material such as a leather bracelet.
You should not wear bulky earrings because you could lose your ear if your partner accidentally pulls them during those fast and intense salsa movements.
